Cache County Fairgrounds and Event Center

The staff at the Cache County Fairgrounds & Event Center are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable venue for both the citizens of Cache County and visitors.  Our facility hosts a variety of community and private events, with the Cache County Fair and Rodeo taking center stage.  Held during the first full week in August, this beloved event draws approximately 50,000 participants and spectators over the course of a week.

Additionally, the fairgrounds are home to the Cache Valley Cruise-In, Utah's largest three-day car show, showcasing over 800 vehicles of all shapes and sizes and attracting thousands of visitors from across the country each July.  

Other popluar events include Vintage Market Days, Summerfest, demolition derbies, horse shows, AKC dog shows, rodeos, and more. We also provide both short-and long-term horse stall rentals to meet the needs of our equestrian community.

Cache Arena (Indoor)

  • Winter Hours:  (October 1 - May 31)
    Monday through Saturday from 8am to 10pm
    Sundays 8am to 8pm.

  • Summer hours: (June 1 - September 30)
    Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm

Pass riding is available during these times, unless otherwise reserved.

Cache Arena Reservations

  • Reservation Start Date:  Reservations for the upcoming year will open at 8am on the first Monday in June and are accepted in person only, on a first-come, first served basis. Special Events may begin booking for the upcoming year at 8am on the second Monday in April.  
  • Payment & Contract: A booking deposit must be paid and a contract signed booking your reservation. 
  • Reservation Times:  All reservations must be made in minimum of two-hour blocks.  Monday - Friday; First reservation starts at 8am, Last reservation starts at 8pm
  • Special Events:  A Special Event is defined as any booking that reserves more than a 4-hour block of time.  Special Events take priority and have bumping privileges over patrons who reserve the arenas on an hourly basis.  All special events must provid a Certificate of Insurance prior to their event.
  • Riding Pass:  A vaild riding pass is required to ride anywhere and in any arena on the Cache County Fairgrounds.  Passes must be worn at all times while on the premises. You can purchase a riding pass at the office or online:  Riding Pass
