Delinquent Property Taxes

As required by Utah Code and under the direction of the Cache County Council, I hereby give notice that the named persons noted below are delinquent in the payment of the 2024 State School, State Special, County Taxes, and City Property Taxes upon the property described and in the amount indicated.

Notice is also given that interest shall accrue on the delinquency as of January 1, 2025, unless delinquent taxes, together with the penalty, are paid before January 31, 2025.
