Cache County Property Watch

Cache County Property Watch is a free service provided by the Cache County Recorder’s Office which informs property owners, or those who have a valid interest in a property, about any document that gets recorded against the property. Cache County Property Watch will automatically send an email notification to you the minute the Recorder’s Office has processed the document and verified that the document affects the property. Please sign up or verify your existing subscription below.

To sign up for Cache County Property Watch, you will need to know the tax identification number (##-###-####) or the name, business name, or trust name of the owner of the property in which you have an interest. You can find the tax identification number on your tax notice, on the GIS Parcel & Zoning Viewer, or by calling the County Recorder's Office.
