The County Recorder may not record any instrument, furnish any copies, or provide any service connected with the office, until the fees prescribed by law have been paid or have been authorized to be paid electronically. (Utah Code 17-21-18)

$40.00 Per Document Flat Fee (Includes up to Ten Legal Descriptions)

+ $2.00 Each Additional Legal Description Over Ten

Plat Recording Fee 

$50.00 Per Plat Flat Fee

+ $2.00 Per Lot, Parcel, or Unit

 Recording Fees are set by State Law, as directed by Utah Code 17-21-18.5, and have been effective since May 14, 2019.
