Survey & Section Corner Viewer
News
We are currently in the process of updating the County section corners and tie sheets.
Corners that need to be perpetuated or verified are symbolized: An unverified corner is considered established because it has an unverified tie sheet record. When a new tie sheet is created, by the County Surveyor, for that corner it's considered a perpetuated/ verified corner. Corner color changes from pink to green.
Perpetuated or verifed corners are symbolized: Perpetuated or verified corners are corners that have previous tie sheet data. Perpetuated or verified corners are corners set or verifed by the County Surveyor and a tie sheet is created. These corners are symolized as green.
Lost or missing corners, that have a record of survey tied to them or have no tie sheet, are symbolized: Lost or missing corners are corners that need to be found or set by a surveyor. No tie sheet data exists for this location. When corner data or a tie sheet is recieved the corner is considered unverifed and will change from blue to pink. Once the County Surveyor can verify the corner the corner color changes from pink to green.
Calculated corners found on records of survey are symbolized yellow. When one of these corners is found or set by a surveyor and a tie sheet is created, it will be considered an unverified corner. Once the County Surveyor can verify the corner the corner color changes from yellow to green.
