All food vendors MUST HAVE a Food Handler’s Permit from ANY health department in the state of Utah, and a temporary Event Permit from Bear River Health Department prior to the fair. You will be asked to show your permits at check in August 9th, 2016. Bear River Health Department is very proactive when it comes to public health and any issues they raise must be resolved to their satisfaction.
